Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

 Hello everyone!

Today I am sharing a recipe for a teriyaki chicken stir-fry.

Ingredients:

Olive oil

1 brown onion

500g chicken breast fillet

1 small green capsicum

1 small red capsicum

Teriyaki chicken stir-fry recipe base 

2 tablespoons soy sauce


Method:

1. Thinly slice the chicken breast fillet.

2. heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Cut the onion into wedges, add it and cook for 1 minute. 

3. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown. 

4. Add the green and red capsicums, recipe base and soy sauce and stir-fry it for 2 minutes or until the sauce is hot and the chicken is cooked through.

5. Serve the teriyaki chicken stir-fry with steamed rice.
