Berry Croissant Bake

Here I am sharing the recipe for a berry croissant bake,which is a breakfast or brunch dish but can be eaten as a snack or dessert.It is delicious and does not take long to make.  Picture from https://life-in-the-lofthouse.com/berry-croissant-bake/ Ingredients Croissants - The  quantity and size depends on how much you want to make and how big your baking dish is.  1 cup of blueberries 1 cup of sliced strawberries Cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar  2 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla  1 teaspoon of cinnamon  3/4 cup milk Method 1. Preheat the oven to 250 2. Spray the baking dish. Slice the croissants and put them atnd he blueberries and strawberries in. Scatter the fruits all over the top of the croissants.  3.  In today's post, I am sharing a recipe for delicious Christmas cupcakes. Ingredients  125 g butter, softened 200 g caster sugar 4-6 drops almond exract 4 eggs, lightly beaten 150 g self-raising flour 175 ground almonds For the topping 450 g white ready-to-roll fondant icing 55 g green ready-to-roll fondant icing 25 g red ready-to-roll fondant icing Icing sugar for dusting Method Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put 16 paper muffin cases in muffin tins. Put the butter, sugar and almond extract in a bowl and beat together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, beating well after each addition. Add the flour and fold it into the mixture, then fold in the ground almonds.  Spoon the mixture into the paper muffin cases to half-fill them. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 20 minutes,or until they have risen well, are golden brown and firm to touch. Recipe for three-ingredient banana pancakes

Hello! In this post, I am sharing a recipe for three-ingredient banana pancakes, which are very easy to make and taste delicious! Ingredients:  bananas, eggs and baking powder. Method:  1. Put 1 1/2 bananas and 2 eggs into a bowl. 2. Mash the bananas and whisk them and the eggs all together. 3. Add 1/8th tablespoon of baking powder and mix it in. 4. With a spoon, put some of the mixture into a pan on medium heat and cook them until they are golden on both sides. 5. Keep cooking until you have your desired amount of pancakes. 6. Top the pancakes with maple syrup, fruits or whatever you like. Tips: 1. Put the mixture onto the pan in small amounts so they are easier to flip.           2. Syrup is a great topping but if you want your pancakes to be less sweet or sugary, you can               just use fruits as they add natural sweetness.    I ate my pancakes too fast so here's...

Butter cookies Ingrdients 125g softened butter 1/2 cup caster sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg 2 cups plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon milk Method Step 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Step 2 Beat butter, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer in a small bowl until pale and creamy. Add egg and mix well until well combined. Sift flour and baking powder over butter mixture. Add milk and stir until just combined. Step 3 Roll the mixture into balls and place them on baking trays. Flatten them with the heel of you hand. Space them out so there is room for the cookies to spread. Step 4 Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, swapping trays over in the oven after 10 minutes, or until light golden.
