Today Marks twenty years since Diana, Princess of Wales died in a car crash in Paris. (31st August 1997). In this post, I am sharing some of my favourite photos of the people's princess. Hello! On July 29th I went to Teen Vibes, a huge lifestyle event for teenagers which was held at Sydney  Olympic Park. I was keen to attend this event because I really wanted to see what it was all about and watch the amazing performers.     I got to the park around 11.30 but wasn't quite sure how to get to the actual venue. I saw another girl looking for it to so we walked together and bumped into a guy who took us there. I showed my ticket to the ladies at the table, had my bag checked by a security guard and went into the hall. I stood at the door for a few minutes looking around and taking it all in and then went further in and had a look at the stalls set up. A ustralia's biggest boyband right now, In Stereo played a show at Oxford Art Factory in Sydney on July 10 to launch their new EP, Day In, Day Out.  I have been a fan of this three-piece band, consisting of Chris Lanzon, Jakob Delgado and Ethan Karpathy, since their audition on the X Factor Australia in 2015 and after attending quite a few of their shows and seeing the positive responses they get, my expectations for this show were high.  I had already set myself up for a great day and knew I would enjoy the performance but it ended up being the best one I have been to! The show began with the supporting act, Marcelo, a young singer/songwriter from Sydney who has supported Conrad Sewell, Taylor Henderson and Little Sea on their respective tours. After a few days of rain, I took advantage of a little bit of sunshine that appeared one day and headed into the city for photography session. I packed up my DSLR camera and caught the train to Circular Quay where I took photos of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and surrounding buildings. Those who know me well know that I really enjoy photography and will happily snap away for hours. I sat on a bench watching other people walking around taking photos and the boats going by and thought about how much I love this city. I was born and brought up here and it is one of the most beautiful places ever, There is so much to see and do here - a diverse range of restaurants to dine at, tourist attractions, cinemas, theatres, beautiful gardens, parks and buildings. Hey everyone! I absolutely love taking photos. My parents bought me a DSLR camera, a Nikon D5100, for Christmas a few years ago and I have used it at almost every party and family gathering and taken it on a few outings to the city. In my final two semesters at college, I was on the newsroom photography team so I took it with me on assignments and those photos were used in quite a few news articles, written by myself and other students. It was so exciting to see my photos being used in the media. After finishing college, I didn't use my camera for a very long time. I only took it out when we had family come over for birthdays and other special occasions. I have only just recently taking out more and now I actually want to seriously learn and improve my skills because photography is a very important part of journalism.
