  We all carry a little darkness. Moments we don’t speak of. Storms We face. Shadows we walk through quietly.   But that doesn’t mean our light is gone.   Even on heavy days, when it feels like someone has punched us in the chest, or everything feels hopeless. We work. We care. We laugh. We create. We shine, like the brightest star in the sky.   No matter what happens today – even if it’s messy, or lonely, or full of tears - The sun will rise in the morning. Like it always does. Like we always do.   Because light doesn’t have to shout. Sometimes it just keeps showing up, quietly. One bright beam at a time.

The public opinions on Meghan Markle, or Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, are divided. Some love her and most seem to hate her. I admire her in some ways. The scrutiny is often attributed to her identity as biracial, a media personality, and feminist stance with some saying she is unsuitable for the monarchy. I actually feel sorry for her. TikTok has taken the world by storm over the last few years. The app allows users to create, watch and share short videos set to music and sound effects using their mobile phones. So many people have gained followers and made a career out of creating content on it, but behind the viral trends, dances, amazing and sometimes quirky videos, and inspiring content, a dark side has emerged. Scammers are everywhere and there are a group of individuals who use TikTok’s live streaming feature to hurt others, and you need to be aware of what to look out for to be safe. Bianca Censori made headlines this week for her scandalous "outfit" at the Grammy Awards. So many people have expressed their opinions on it and now I want to share mine.  First of all, for anyone who doesn't keep up with celebrity news and doesn't know who Bianca Censori is, she is an Australian model married to American rapper Kanye West, also known as Ye.  Photo from US Weekly I say "outfit" in air quotes because, well, look at it. Princess Beatrice Welcomes Second Child The British Royal family are celebrating the arrival of a new addition.  Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice gave birth to her second child with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on 22nd January.  News of the birth was announced and posted by Buckingham Palace on Instagram on Wednesday.  "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi, born on Wednesday, 22nd January, at 12:57pm", the statement read.  "The King and Queen, and other members of The Royal Family have all been informed and are delighted with the news.  The photo shows the newborn baby girl dressed in white, wrapped in a pink blanket and covering her face.  Eduardo also posted the photo on his own Instagram.  "We welcomed baby Athena into our lives last week. I am sharing some items every woman should carry in their handbags.  Wallet - Of course, you need money and your cards.  Keys - Remember to take your house keys so you can get back in after work. If you hold keys to your office, remember to take them with you. Put your house and office keys together on a keyring to keep them safe.  Building pass and ID - You need to get into your office. Earphones - If you like listening to music or watching videos during your commute to work, take earphones.
