Beach Benefits

Spring is upon us and, with the weather getting warmer, people are heading to the beach. It is great to have a day out at the beach, spend time in the sun, get a tan and enjoy the water. Negative ions in the air help us absorb oxygen more easily so it helps your body relax and you can have a better sleep. When you go and hang out at the beach, you ...

Explore Adelaide: Part Two

Two years ago, I wrote a post called 'Explore Adelaide,' and now I am back with part two, as I have found more amazing places to see in the beautiful state.  Part one: https://vishisviews.blogspot.com/2022/08/explore-adelaide.html The Museum of Discovery, or MOD . as it is known, is a futuristic museum designed for young people between the ages of 15 and 25 which showcases how research shapes our understanding of the world and is inspired by science, art and innovation. It is interactive and you can watch presentations on the screens, do activities and  answer questions.  MOD. is located in the University of South Australia and is free to enter.  I highly recommend all booklovers visit The State Library of South Australia , located in North Terrace. There are three buildings to explore - the award-wining Catherine Spence Wing with an iconic glass foyer, the Mortlock Wing with it's 19th century Victorian style and the 1861 heritage listed Institute building,...
