Hello!
I hope you have all had a lovely, relaxing weekend and are ready for another week of work, university and school.
I know a few people are preparing for exams right now, both at Uni and school. It is a stressful time and you may be feeling anxious, scared, tired and overwhelmed so I thought I would share some tips on how to relax.
You can do these things any time. We all need to take time out of our busy schedules to look after ourselves and rest and we all deserve to pamper ourselves.
I will put my favourite relaxation tips at the top.
I hope this will help some of you. I hope you have a great week.

I will put my favourite relaxation tips at the top.
- Go for a walk around the park
- Read a book
- Listen to music. I have a playlist of songs specially for stressful, busy times.
- Have a cup of tea. I like green tea or any kind of herbal tea.
- Make a smoothie, juice or fruit salad. Fruits provide a good source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. They are delicious.
- Drink a lot of water! This is very important. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
- Watch funny videos on YouTube, a comedy movie or TV show. After working so hard and seriously studying it's good to have a laugh.
- Get a massage. You can either go to a massage parlour or a loved one might be kind enough to give you one. Massages feel so good!
- Rub some cream on your body. I have heard that coconut or oil feel good so massage some of that into your skin.
- Have a bubble bath. It's so soothing.
- Put Epsom salts into your bath. They are good for your muscles and skin.
- Buy face masks from Priceline or Target and give yourself a facial.
