Berry Croissant Bake

Here I am sharing the recipe for a berry croissant bake,which is a breakfast or brunch dish but can be eaten as a snack or dessert.It is delicious and does not take long to make.  Picture from https://life-in-the-lofthouse.com/berry-croissant-bake/ Ingredients Croissants - The  quantity and size depends on how much you want to make and how big your baking dish is.  1 cup of blueberries 1 cup of sliced strawberries Cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar  2 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla  1 teaspoon of cinnamon  3/4 cup milk Method 1. Preheat the oven to 250 2. Spray the baking dish. Slice the croissants and put them atnd he blueberries and strawberries in. Scatter the fruits all over the top of the croissants.  3. Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and blended well so it doesn't end up being clumpy.  4. Add in the eggs, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and milk. 5. The Unsent Letter

Writing is therapeutic.  If you are feeling angry or upset with someone but can't talk to them about it, an 'unsent letter can help.  It is also called a no-send letter or a Lincoln letter. Why a Lincoln letter, you may ask? You write down what happened, how it has affected you and everything you would want to say to the person, but don't send it. After it is written, you can either store it somewhere safe if you want to look at it later or you can throw it away. You can choose what you want to do with it.
