R U OK Day

Yesterday was R U OK Day. Connect and have conversations with the people in your life who may be struggling with life. You don't have to be an expert on mental health or anything. All you have to do is let your loved ones know that you're here for them and listen. Follow these steps and check in on people. Don't wait for a day like this. You should be keeping in contact with your loved ones and checking in on them regularly. Everyone goes through tough times and has battles they are fighting. Even the strongest person you know could be suffering in silence. Having a short conversation with someone could save them. Stay connected!
