Summer Playlist

Hi everyone, Can you believe it's nearly Christmas?! It's my favourite time of the year. I love seeing all the decorations and tall Christmas Trees go up, hearing the carols and watching the little kids take photos with Santa. A guide to flat lays

Hello! If you have me as a friend on Facebook or follow me on Instagram, you would have seen that I have been posting flat lays. I started posting them because I was thinking of ways to make my feed more attractive and interesting and looking at other bloggers posts for inspiration. I have received some very nice comments and messages about the ones I've posted so far and I am not an expert but I thought I would share some tips I've learnt on how to take good flat lays photos. For anyone who doesn't know, a flat lay is a picture of items taken from the top to give an impression of them laying flat on the ground. People use them for a various reasons. For example, to show an outfit of the day, things they have purchased or food. Basically, they are a simple and fashionable way to show off your favourite objects and current obsessions in an attractive way. Here are my tips: 1. Choose a plain but interesting background.
